The Prospecting play

The T65 Birthday Countdown

Land in the mailbox of people turning 65 months before the postcard avalanche starts, and open with a birthday card instead of a pitch.

For: Prospects turning 65 in the next 4 to 6 months. Bring your list, or build one on Professional by the exact months they turn 65.

Everyone gets buried in confusing Medicare mail the moment they turn 64 and a half. The same recycled postcards, the same fake urgency, the same government-lookalike envelopes.

This play is the opposite of that pile. It starts four months before their birthday with an actual birthday card, in a hand-addressed envelope with a real stamp. Then it walks them to their enrollment window with plain-language education, one message at a time, and ends with a personal invitation to talk.

Every piece stays on the CMS communications side: no plan names, no benefits, no premiums. Just a local agent who explains things like a person.
