The Local 25

Quarterly generosity aimed at the 25 people in town who influence seniors. No pitch, no logo, just thanks.

For: Senior-center directors, estate attorneys, pharmacists, home-health coordinators, and the rest of your local 25.

One warm center-of-influence outsends a thousand cold pieces. The senior-center director, the estate attorney, the independent pharmacist: these are the people seniors already ask for advice.

The Local 25 is the book’s Dream 100 strategy sized for a local agent. Four quarterly touches a year, radical-generosity rules: no ask, no logo, and every gift personalized with their name, not yours. A mug for their desk in January, brownies for their whole office in April, an engraved journal in July, and a holiday card with a treat in December. “You take care of the people I care about. No pitch. Just thanks.”

The ask never appears in the mail. It happens naturally when they call to say thank you. That is the reciprocity engine working exactly as designed.
